I listen to this Podcast every day after "The Daily" by the New York Times, which covers news and current events. This helps me keep the existential dread from setting in.
Seriously though, I have always been a fairly positive person, but with all of the pressures of hatred and bad news filling my daily feed, I was really starting to feel depressed on a day to day basis. This Podcast helps keep me in a good place, and brings me closer to my true nature. While I may not love every episode, and Brandon and I disagree on some things, he seems to come at all topics from a place of respect, understanding and unfailing optimism. On days that I don't vibe with the show, I just scroll back to past episodes instead.
