High Quality High Vibe Highly Educational!!

I am a podcast junkie; however, also super tech challenged and never understood how to write a review. I was motivated to figure it out after all this brouhaha about Brandon’s response to the negative review recently. I suspect that many of those 6 new 1-star reviews are related to that person. I am sure there are so many more people like myself who don’t know how to do reviews who found that particular episode as helpful as I did!!
I appreciated Brandon’s perspective on what it felt like to receive that review and ways that she could have given him helpful feedback that would not have impacted the podcast in a negative way. I thought he was calm and reasonable and kind and considerate.
It also made me realize that sometimes when I have a written yelp reviews, that perhaps I have not been as thoughtful as I would like to have been especially for small businesses that rely on reviews.
Finally, in my own familial relationships, I have been much more tolerant of people giving me negative feedback or complaining as I keep keep Brandon‘s words in my heart as I received the feedback. And on the flipside, as I am giving feedback, I have tried to be more kind and considerate as well.
It pains me to think Brandon thinks he was being defensive I had been so impressed with his openness to receive the comments.
This was one of my favorite episodes and that is saying a lot because there are so many brilliant ones!!!
Keep up the great work to everyone at Positive Heads working so hard to bring us fantastic content that truly changes lives!!
