In it, Brandon talks about the ego, an integral but challenging parts of the human experience, and playing off of an audio clip by Osho that explores this perspective, he discusses some ways in which the ego can be a “useful fiction” in the sense that its reality is relative and transitory, and how the ego was meant to help us know ourselves.
